We take great pride in our product and do everything to ensure it is shipped in perfect condition. If for some reason you are dissatisfied, The Paisley Box is happy to provide returns or exchanges for any non-monogrammed or non-personalized product within 30 days of the purchase date (including damaged, defective or incorrect orders) as long as the item is returned in its original condition. Personalized or custom made items such as items that are monogrammed are not eligible for returns. For this reason, please carefully review your customer’s personalization information before submitting your order. We are not able to accept cancellations or changes to your order once they are placed. Thank you for your understanding.
Retailers must get approval from The Paisley Box before sending any items back. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns that are not damaged. All return shipments must list the RA # on the outside of the box. The Paisley Box will provide this RA # if the return is approved. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
