Once you open a wholesale account, our sales team will be happy to help you in selecting styles, colors and sizes.
Can I use your images?
Once you have an approved account, you will be able to download all of our images. Product and lifestyle images are available for download on our Image Catalogue page.
How many robes styles do you offer?
Do the robes fit true to size?
Yes, most customers feel the robes fit pretty true to size. However, keep in mind that the Cotton Floral Robes may shrink when washing. These robes are 100% cotton so we always recommend customers size up if they are between sizes. Please use the following guide to assist customers in selecting their sizes (guide based on US Dress Sizes):
Cotton Floral / Knit Solid Size Guide:
Small – Size 2-4
Medium – Size 6-8
Large – Size 10-12
XL – Size 14-16
XXL – 18-22 *This size is available in the cotton floral robes only
Satin Robe Size Guide:
S/M – 2-8
L/XL – 10-16
Will the cotton floral robes shrink?
The robes are made of 100% cotton so you can expect that they will shrink somewhat. Most customers find that even after washing and drying the robes, they are still happy with the fit.
Are the robes lined? Are they see-through?
We’re very conscious that these robes will likely be worn among friends and family and need to be photograph friendly :). The robes are not lined, but we were very careful in selecting materials to ensure that the robes are light and breathable but not at all sheer.
Can you monogram the products that I sell to my customers?
Yes! We can monogram and drop ship your customer’s orders.
What will the monogram look like?
There are images on each product page that display the available monogram styles. If you decide to offer monogramming in your shop, we can also send you a monogram sample to have on hand. Can you customize the tank tops?

How long after ordering will I receive my order?
We will process and ship orders within 2 business days with the exception of personalized/monogrammed orders. Please allow 7 business days processing for monogrammed orders. We ship via USPS from New Jersey, which is a 1-3 day transport time within the US depending on where you live. International ship time varies.
I just placed an order and would like to make a change. How can I do so?
We are committed to efficient order processing and shipping so that you can get what you need quickly. For that reason, we cannot accept changes to a confirmed order. Please review your order carefully before hitting submit.
What is your return policy?
We do accept wholesale returns as long as the item is not personalized/monogrammed. Visit our return policy page to learn more.
